*Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
*Goods offered subject to being unsold. In the event of non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind the contract.
*All goods remain BYTES & PCs property until paid for in full.
*Prices and manufacturers specifications subject to change without notice. Minor specification variations do not entitle the purchaser to rescind the contract. Prices may change because of currency fluctuations or credit card conversion rates, check with your credit card company for more details.
* Goods returned after 14 days of purchase a RMA No will be issued the goods returned to our suppliers for fault diagnosis repair or replacement.
* A Testing fee of up to 25% is charged on returns, which prove to be non-defective.
* You must use any manufacturer or on-site warranty arrangements provided.
* No opened or unopened software will be accepted for credit. Manufacturer at there discretion will swap faulty discs. (Includes OEM original equipment manufactured)
* We are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses howsoever caused including incidental returns costs.
* These terms and conditions do not affect the consumer's statutory rights.
* If part of these terms is found to be unlawful, it shall not affect the validity of the remainder.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Please ensure all goods returned are in their original packaging with manuals/Cables and ancillary equipment.

Goods will not be replaced or exchanged if this is not the case.

If goods are returned after 14 days of purchase a RMA No will be issued and the goods returned to our suppliers for fault diagnosis, repair or replacement.
